ReplyDeleteSometimes photos like that, though, raise my fears that Obama's just too cool for the powers that be to turn things over to him.
Seriously, I think he might represent a kind of shutting out, or pushing off center stage, of a whole class of stuffy, wealthy, insulated, white folks. They might consider the prospect of such a dramatic cultural and even political shift too drastic to let it happen. I sure I hope I'm just being paranoid.
