WTF?! This is what I get when I click on the link to the faculty handbook at my bizarro university. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

    I'm not sure an Eric Estrada pic qualifies as a great sense of humor, but I'm willing to consider the possibility. However, my not being able to find our faculty handbook online doesn't strike me as funny at all.
